Структура співбесіди: greeting & small talk → self-introduction → experience & skills questions → behavioral/situational questions (STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result) → technical questions → questions from candidate → closing.
Типові запитання для водіїв / диспетчерів / логістів:
Tell me about yourself / Walk me through your CV.
Why do you want to work as a truck driver / dispatcher in our company?
Describe your experience with international routes / HOS rules / TMS software.
Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer / delay / breakdown.
How do you ensure load securement / safety on the road?
What do you know about our company / fleet / routes?
How do you handle fatigue / stress / long hours?
Technical: Explain pre-trip inspection / air brake test / customs procedures.

Навчимось

Здобувачі освіти набудуть практичних навичок через симуляцію співбесіди:

Matching: зіставлення типових запитань з рекомендованими структурами відповідей.
Самопрезентація: кожен пише та практикує 60–90-секундний elevator pitch англійською.
Role-play співбесід (парами або з викладачем як інтерв’юером):
Інтерв’юер: «Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a delay on the road.» → Кандидат: використовує STAR (Situation: customs hold; Task: inform client; Action: contacted dispatcher, provided update; Result: client appreciated transparency, delivery completed next day).
Інтерв’юер: «Why should we hire you as a driver?» → Кандидат: «I have 8 years of experience in international trucking, clean driving record, excellent knowledge of CMR/TIR procedures, and strong safety focus.»

Group task: створення списку 8–10 «strong questions to ask the interviewer» (e.g., «What does the onboarding process look like?», «How is driver safety monitored?», «Are there opportunities for career growth?») + підготовка 5–6 власних STAR-історій.
