Здобувачі освіти ознайомляться з основами кузовного ремонту, рихтування та фарбування:

Типи пошкоджень кузова: dent (вм’ятина), crease (залом), scratch (подряпина), scuff (потертість), rust (корозія), tear/crack (розрив), hail damage (град), collision damage (зіткнення).
Рихтування (Dent Repair / Straightening):
PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) – без фарбування, інструменти: dent pullers, glue tabs, knockdown hammers, reflection boards.
Traditional bodywork: hammer & dolly, stud welder, slide hammer, body filler (Bondo) для глибоких вм’ятин.

Підготовка до фарбування: sanding (grit P80–P1500), priming (primer filler, epoxy primer), masking, degreasing.
Фарбування:
Layers: primer → base coat (color) → clear coat (2K).
Paint types: solvent-based, waterborne, 2K (two-component), single-stage vs base/clear.
Color matching: paint code (location: door jamb, engine bay, trunk), spectrophotometer/colorimeter, mixing formula (ratio, hardener, thinner), blending (feather edge, fade-in).

Терміни: body filler, putty knife, DA sander, orbital sander, spray gun (HVLP), flash time, tack cloth, orange peel, fisheyes, runs, color match, overspray, blending area.

Навчимось

Здобувачі освіти набудуть практичних навичок через вправи та симуляції:

Matching: зіставлення типів пошкоджень (dent, crease, rust) з методами ремонту (PDR, body filler, rust converter) та інструментами.
Читання paint code: надати фото door jamb label → знайти paint code (e.g., PPG code, formula), пояснити процес підбору.
Role-play ситуацій (парами або з викладачем):
Клієнту: «Your truck has a large dent on the door and some scratches. We can repair the dent with PDR if paint is intact, otherwise we’ll use body filler and repaint the panel.»
Майстру/малярнику: «The paint code is L1A9 – Volvo Volvo Blue. We need to match the base coat and apply 2K clear coat. Blending on the adjacent panel to avoid visible edges.»
